The Aspire 440 Self Propelled Shower Commode is an aluminium chair with large rear wheels that allow the user to self-propel (move themselves) while seated. The commode cutout seat allows the chair to also be used over a toilet. Suitable for use in the shower and for toileting. The aluminium frame is lightweight and resistant to moisture.
Who it suits
People who cannot walk to the bathroom independently and require a chair they can operate themselves to access the shower and toilet. The self-propelled version gives the user more control and independence than an attendant-propelled commode. Suitable for NDIS participants and Home Care Package recipients with bathroom assistance needs.
